Shipping Information

We ship via USPS for smaller packages. For certain package weights, priority mail may be the only option, but we will ship First Class whenever possible to save you money. Larger orders may be shipped via FedEx home delivery. Most packages will be shipped within 2 business days of order. Custom orders on some products may take longer. If you need an item by a specific delivery date, please email us before placing the order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If the actual shipping cost varies, the buyer will be refunded/charged the difference.


Payment Information

PayPal is our prefered payment method. Please note, if you pay through your paypal account by e-check, we will have to wait until it clears to process your order. Check or money order are also accepted, but we will wait until your payment clears before processing your order - this can take up to a week after receiving your payment, so please do not use this option if you are in a rush.

At any of our local events, we accept payment by credit card or cash. We do not accept checks in person.



Returns are not accepted on custom items. For any quality issues, please contact us within 4 days of receiving the order. We will do our best to fix or replace your items as quickly as possible. For all other returns, buyer can pay return shipping and we will give you a full refund minus shipping costs. Due to the nature of our merchandise, all returned products must be in new, unused condition.
